AntBox Technologies Private Limited ("AntBox", "we") runs this website. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. If you register as a student: your name, email, phone, college, year, the track you want and any link you choose to share. If you book a call as a company: your name, work email, phone, company, the role you want to fill and anything you add in the message.
• Basic technical data. The page you sent the form from and how you reached it, so we know which pages work.

We do not ask for passwords, payment details or government ID on this website.

Why we use it

• To contact you about Career Sprints, the Academy and capsules (students), or about the role you want to fill (companies).
• To run our programmes, and to show your Proof of Work to companies only when you are part of an AntBox programme and have agreed to it.
• To improve this website.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored in our Google Workspace and shared with our team in Slack so someone can reply quickly. Only AntBox staff who need it can see it. We keep it while it is useful for the reason you gave it to us, then delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the tools that run our work (such as Google Workspace and Slack), and, for students in our programmes, with partner companies when you are being considered for a role.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will reply within 30 days.
